4 easy steps to DELICIOUS soy sauce beef PASTA



Soy sauce pasta with beef

Ingredients: (2 servings )
  • Prince's Ziti rigati pasta (1/2 box) 
  • Sirloin beef 
  • Soy sauce
  • Pepper 
  • Salt and sugar 
  • Vegetable fry oil
  • 1 scallion branch (cut approximately 2 inches or dice)
  • optional: 1-2 eggs

Preparation:

In the cooking pot, bring the water to boil then add in pasta with 1 tsp salt. 
In the meantime while waiting for pastas to be done, we can seasoning the beef. 
Slice beef in thin slices place in a small bowl, then add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp of sugar. 
Let's the beef be marinated. 
When the pasta is done ( u can try if it soft enough and be careful they are HOT).

Drain the pasta with colander and quickly rinse with cold water. Sprinkle a little oil into pasta and mix them up so they won't be sticky. 

Let’s get started:

1. Preheat the wok with some oil. Toss in the pasta. Stir a little bit then let it stay don't stir a lot for it to be more crunch.

2. Add 1-2 tbsp of soy sauce to the pasta (depend on you consistency), and Fry approximately 3-4 minutes. Then, toss in the beef and stir until it well done

3. Add the scallion. Fry for 1 more minute and it ready to serve. 


4. Optional extra step: break 1 or 2 eggs into the wok. stir and flip slowly together with the pasta and beef until the egg is well done. Fry for 1 more minute and it ready to serve.
