Homemade healthy REAL FRUIT Banana Ice Cream


Homemade REAL FRUIT Banana Ice Cream Is a healthy choice for all year round, whether or not you are on a diet. They are refreshing and especially low in calories. the combination of banana’s sweetness, hint of peanut and creamy texture of coconut milk crafted the best healthy ice-cream right from your kitchen. least but not last they are SUPER EASY to make and SUPER CHEAP.


Ingredients: ( 8 servings)
  • 4 well done bananas ( half for each ice cream) 
  • 8 sandwich bags
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk ( I use chaokoh coconut milk)
  • handful of shredded coconut rice 
  • 2 tbsp ground peanut butter 

Let's get started:
  • Step 1: Peel and split the bananas in half and place half banana inside sandwich bag
  • Step 2: Slowly press and mash banana down by hand
  • Step 3: Use butter spreader or fingers to shape the mashed banana in place
  • Step 4: open the sandwich bag, use teaspoon to spread a thin layer of coconut milk on top of banana, then sprinkle with shredded coconut rice and ground peanut on top.
Now fold in the excess sandwich bag and place these bananas in th refrigerator on the flat surface. serve when it harden. It taste delicious.
